A great place to stay. We were in Melbourne for the Wagner Ring Cycle. The location could not have been better nor the apartment more comfortable. We loved how central we were and could walk both into the city or to Chapple Street for shopping and food. Great apartment, more spacious then what you think it will be from the photos. Loads of space and super comfy beds.
todos opiniões » Decor. The location is excellent. Down the road from a tram stop and a 7/11 which is fantastic. Rooms are all equipped with the essentials but I wouldn't trust the iron, it burnt a hole in my top. great location parks and restaurants close by pet friendly big bedrooms well appointed. Location is very good, it was quiet, rooms were reasonably well furnished and comfortable and stylish. It was close to the city. Bedrooms were ok. location. The air conditioning was out of service though it didn't matter at all - we didn't need it. And we had expected a washing machine though we managed hand washing the little that we needed to do. A washing machine & dryer would've been handy & a door on the main bedroom. Otherwise great place. Hard to find. Entrance, a few maintenance issues. Having the only entrance being right into one of the 2 bedrooms. It smelt like mould in two of the bedrooms Hard to find where to check in as no where on our booking did it state to book in at the hotel behind the residence. The website oversells the apartments quite a bit. The apartment itself was quite comfortable, but it wasn't as luxury as we were expecting and it kind of seemed like it had just been an old house converted into apartments. For Melbourne, I guess it was value for money. TV in living room cannot receive free to air channels. Very haphazard furnishings in the room. Oven didn't go and staff didnt know how to get it going, windows had graffiti on them, a/c was noisy, it just had a very cheap, budget feel to it for the most part, however for the price maybe it was ok, maybe 20-30 dollars too much per night. Limited parking. I woul rate it 2 star as it was very old and not taken care of. Nothing like the pictures and the outside had rubbsh everywhere and very run down. Shower Kitchen and cooking utensils Carpet was grotty. Apartments were poorly equipped and maintained. No help from reception and then handed a bill that I did not incur on check and basically called a liar when I denied responsibility.
