This secluded 4-star B&B retreat is within a forest, only 400 metres from Margaret River town centre. Each luxury suite features a 2-person spa bath and most offer stunning views of the surrounding gardens and forest. Guests enjoy free breakfast. Heritage Trail Lodge offers elegant suites with private balcony, cable TV, DVD player and stereo system. All suites include heating, air conditioning, mini refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Gourmet continental buffet breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, which features a sofa, computer, newspapers and library of free movies. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. In-room massage and beauty therapies are available. The tour desk can book whale-watching trips and Margaret River Wine Region tours. There is a hiking trail that starts at the rear of the property. Heritage Trail Lodge Margaret River is a 10-minute walk from shops and restaurants. It is within a 15-minute drive of both Prevelly Beach and Lake Cave. Ngilgi Cave is 30 minutes' drive away.

An excellent hotel in perfect location to visit the region. Lived up to expectations in all respects. The staff responded very acceptably to an irreversible booking cock up they fully accepted was their responsibility and very adequate recompense made. You must book the rooms at the back of the property, not overlooking car park and road. Very wide selection of restaurants closely available.
todos opiniões » Absolutely everything - the accommodation at Heritage Trail Lodge was superb and set in the most amazing garden. It was close to restaurants and shops and walking trails. The customer service by staff was excellent and the breakfasts that showcased local produce were top class. Although situated on the main road there was no disruption to sleep from traffic noise. Excellent hotel in every way. good location within walking distance of the shops, restaurants etc in Margaret River, and centrally placed for exploring the MR region by car. Room very comfortable with balcony overlooking woodland. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with ideas for visits etc Breakfast good with local produce. It was situated on the edge of the Margaret River town, walking distance, 5 minutes from the town center. The rooms were clean, warm and had everything that you need. The owners were lovely and had lots of information about the area and things to do. I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful hosts offering personalised and attentive service. Especially with local advice and organising restaurant bookings in advance for the busy Easter weekend. Great breakfast Easy walk into town for restaurants (although the walk is along the highway and not heel friendly). The couple that own the place are very friendly and helpful with tips on what to do in the area. Location is right besife the town, 10 minute walk max. Room was spacious and very nice. Continential breakfast included every morning was yum!!. All service staff were great. Beds were amazingly comfy. Spa was spacious & relaxing. Foxtel TV was a nice touch. Communal area was nice and relaxing. Lots of info available to you including maps and brochures on local attractions. the staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating, the location was fantastic, we appreciated that the buffet breakfast every morning was included in the package. Really fantastic place to stay and would reccommend and stay again. I really enjoyed the scenery and trees all around the whole lodge. Beautiful accommodation- the cabins are set amongst the gorgeous forrest just on the edge of the Margaret River town! Staff were absolutely lovely and we would be very keen to stay here again!. Nature just at the backyard where we biked and walked. Conveniently located near to Margaret River town centre. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Inclusion of breakfast is a treat. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good. It was a bonus to watch dvd's in the room which the lodge provided, great idea :). The rooms were extremly clean, quiet and comfortable. The owners were always helpful with information of the district and very nice people. We would definatly stay here again. The room was freezing deapite the owner putting on the heating before we got there. We shivered all night! Recently installed foxtel but have the most basic package ever so we even struggled to find a station that worked. It was a nuisance. One night we also found a small work crawling the wall above our headboard!!. Would have liked new towels when the room was cleaned. we had an open shower so there was lots of water on the bathroom floor that was not mopped when the room was cleaned the first time. but it was cleaned up nicely the second time. Can't think of any. A few more options at breakfast. The massive spa was a waste of facility space in the bathroom. Who bothers with spas these days?. We could only stay two nights!. The room smelled damp, musty,and mouldy. Nothing to dislike. Leaving!. Cant complain it suited our purposes. It was very nice to walk us to our room but coming in was a mood killer. Felt like an invasion of privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress worn down into a hammock shape. Shower rose is too low and too close to the wall. A tall person needs to tilt it and then they get a dribbling shower. No half flush on the toilet. Nothing. I found the room a little cold. Nothing. Nothing. front units to close to the road. would like to of had an option to have a cooked breakfast. One thing only and that was the bed it was too soft , that is all everything else was awesome. Nothing. A little bit further than we would have liked to walk into town. There was nothing I didnt like. Noise because of the Highway in front of the Lodge. Maybe a little more catered for in the continental breakfast. room was facing Bussell Highway, a bit noisy. Bit too close to the highway, especially at 6am when the traffic starts.
