This place is absolutely amazing! The host, Mechelle, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making arrangements for activities around Hervey Bay and even for the other locations of our trip. The apartment itself was amazing, especially for this price. Very spacious, all the appliances you can wish for, very clean, very stylish, handpicked furniture and a huge double bed! This place is close to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, event parks, beach, etc. We only stayed for 2 nights and then dro.
todos opiniões » Michelle the owner is amazing! She made us feel so welcome and couldn't have done more to accommodate us. She helped us book excursions and was full of local knowledge. The rooms are beautiful and you can tell there is a lot of personal touches with the lovely wooden furniture. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and we got a great nights sleep. The hotel is along the stretch of beach and is close to restaurants and shops etc. Great location for doing Fraser Island. This wa. The owner was excellent - couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful. She brought us a baby gate, high chair and toys for our little babies without us asking. The apartment was small but perfect for our needs. The furniture was tasteful and the master bed huge and very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The appearance of the entire site was very well maintained. The pool was small but great. BBQ looked to be in good condition. Close to the beach, a great play park and Enzos cafe :). on check in the staff taking time to show us around the most helpful ever and then to check up during our stay to make sure all was ok.It was better service than the seaworld nara resort and have recommended to my friends and family. Also the little things like ice made water in the fridge wash up liquid soaps all make the difference will be back. Owners Michelle and Nigel have applied an artistic Bali feel to this older property. We felt welcomed and valued as clients. Lots of small and thoughtful touches, including a great dvd library. The location was unbeatable right on the beach, relaxed atmosphere, delightful apartment, friendly staff, a tropical paradise, within a short walk of restaurants and shops so after a long drive we could leave the car. Lovely pool with jacuzzi and barbecue abd free wifi. The units are well appointed, very clean and comfortable and excellent value. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is excellent for beach walks, cafes, and local dining. Immediate access to local public transport and club courtesy transport. The only thing I would say was that the areas wasn't great although close to the beach. There aren't really any good restaurants in walking distance. would have loved a 3rd bedroom and a hot spa would be only thing we missed. We thought the lack of air con in the bedrooms might have been a problem but it was fine. The ground floor units can suffer a little from noise from immediate upstairs units (depending on occupants of course). The crockery, pots/pans and kitchen utensils could have been a bit more extensive (eg electric frypan, steamer, etc). Nothing to dislike and will definitely stay there again. The stove didn't get very hot and the pots were a bit too small to cook for 4 people. But as we just cooked once that was not such a problem. Car parking was a bit squeezy, but not a real problem. Little room to put your stuff around the basin in the bathroom. Sofa in the lounge area was a bit small to be totally comfortable. Both are very minor issues. Beds were a little hard.... The traffic noise from the busy road. No negatives. N/A. Nothing. fairly old, but otherwise good value for the price. The laudry was communal. I would have preferred to have access to our own washing machine and dryer - mainly for cost and convenience, and because of the weather we had whilst there (wet, and being at the beach in the rain each day). Nothing. Some noisy neighbours on our last night!. being locked out when doors close while the keys are inside. No complaints. Kitchen maybe a little small but not a big deal for a short stay. N/A. uncomforatable king mettress. uncomfortable pillow in a main bedroom, single bedroom is perfect. noise from traffic whole night and early morning, I feel so sorry for them as it out of their control. nothing. I have tried to find fault but cannot. Nothing.

Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 14:00 until 17:00. Closed on Saturday and Sundays. Self check-in is available for these days. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that apartments are serviced for stays of more than 8 nights. Bed linen will be replaced at this time. Towels will be changed every 4 days. Please note that when arriving at the property please park on the street and come to reception first, to gain access to the secure on-site car park.
