I liked the fact that it was only five minutes from cavill ave, and a short stroll to the beach.

Very very dated hall areas, with old badly laid carpet that made the area look like a horror movie.
Grimy disgusting curtains that have dirt all over them.
Rusty bomby looking stove and dryer.
Dirty kitchen walls and general area.
Old dirty carpet.
Dirty balcony.
Games room dingy, no pool cues for the table, table tennis had no bats, and location was near rubbish dumpster and in car park which was fumy.
Heated pool was cold.
Shower in room smaller than vanity unit.
Room had a very unpleaseant odour, which went through everything, including your clothing. I spoke to managers and cleaner who were awre of this problem.
Need a bit of an update but for the money its perfect.

Would have liked screens or security on windows as anyone could of easily fallen out of windows as windows were quite low
I would not of liked to take my grandchildren there for that reason.

Couches were uncomfortable, television very small, dryer was rusted carpets dirty.
Apartment was nothing like what was advertised, in advertisement rooms were all modern and clean. Apartment 91 was unclean and old, stains on the lounge and over other seating curtains were dirty.
