Very clean, comfortable and Internet free and so fast ! The staff is really nice !! ---------------------------------- Très propre , confortable and l'internet gratuit et très rapide. Glen Waverley se situe très loin du centre mais pour une nuit en dernière minute, c'est quasiment parfait !. Noisy people outside till late. No free cable movies / no free wifi in room / not enough crockery - wanted to eat fruit @ night , no plates. Its not a big deal, i managed. Parking bays should be reserved for ground floor numbered units they are outside. We had someone parked outside our unit who drove out with their headlights on at 3.55 am. If it was reserved for us we would not have been woken up. No complaints. Noisy at night with people coming in late loud talking disturbed sleep. One cookie for 2 people, Gaps around door (draughty), could not get wifi in our room. Nothing,. Stay too short. Little things, such as no drinking glasses in room. Shortage of staff in dining room/reception. Breakfast mediocre. Beds too soft and small Bed too close to wardrobe. The size of spa was disappointing. Smoking area less than a meter form the room door, the spa was one person as there is a shelf the protrudes at the other end of the spa, the restaurant was not available (the reason we booked was for the restaurant on site), the room service food was very average and there should be no room service fee if the restaurant is not an option. Hair in the spa plughole. When showering the condensation on the floor and the vanity unit was compromising. Noisy due to proximity to main road. No heating system, I've been cold for the whole week. the showers. room did not feel very sound proof. could hear everything happening outside... including people walking up and down the stairs. The heater didnt seem to work properly. The making of the room to early.(before 10.am) No opening windows in the room for air. Big opening at the bottom of the door. Bar drinks and telephone use expensive. The noise - they allowed guests to book in at 2pm in the morning, with loud cars, and then continued to be loud in their rooms, radio on, etc - on complaining nothing occured and at 3 pm we checked out - never to return. Also a spa bath hmmm not really.Said a manager would call me next day - we were away for our anniversary - but never did get a call very rude indeed. Very average hotel, no conditioner in the shower and the shower head either jetted water at you or just sprayed a mist.. Tv went very quiet for no reason and then would blast you and the tv screens picture would get all wobbly and fade in and out. Very noisy outside also. First room was very small and then we were upgraded but I felt the room still was not very nice . It was dull, dingy, walls were nt clean, only one picture on the wall and it looked out onto a construction site to operated all night . We were not informed of this on check in and would nt have used our free accor hotel night hereif we had known. We were also not informed f which lft to use and had to ask after using the wrong one . I would not stay here again. The shower recess was quite mouldy and needed a good clean. I didn't find the accomodation very good value for money. It was quite expensive for such basic accomodation. The hotel was very noisy, doors banging and lots of noise from the car park and vehicle owners. Children running up and down outside corridors. Could hear noise from other room TV's. Dirty stains on carpet, and thick dust in room.
