This is a excellent place to stay. The resident managers Paul and Sue were really "down-to earth", helpful and gracious. The location is really convenient with large supermarkets and many eateries within short walking distance. The bus services and trams along the motel makes travelling a breeze. the location was excellent for visiting family in the eastern suburbs. It was a convenient spot for traffic access. Parking spaces were large and easily accessed. It's a cozy and comfortable motel. Very clean with functional kitchenette. Extremely near to 24 hours Kmart and coles. Assigned car park which is very convenient as it is just outside the unit. Value for money budget motel with excellent location.
Clean, comfortable well equipped room with extremely helpful people on the front desk, they made our stay much more enjoyable and our travel plans were improved as a result of their help and suggestions. Would use this location in the future.

Comfortable room. Little table, couch. Parking in front of unit. Easy to find. Just off highway not too noisy. Bathroom very good. Plenty of bench space for toilet bag etc.
As a motel the room + kitchenette makes one feel at home a bit and tht 's good when stying a couple of nights. The laundry facility adds to that.

Cannot recall anything that gave us a problem.
Can be drafty at times especially in the toilet as window seals do not shut completely. However it is not a big problem as there is air conditioning in the room. But would be good if they can look into fixing the windows.
The airco takes quite a while to warm up the room.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was a little disappointing as there were a couple of very hot days during my week long stay.

*A staff member's attitude and tone of voice in virtually accusing me of "not having booked for 2 nights because THE BOOKING WASN'T on her cleaning list and stating SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO AND CHECK WITH THE OFFICE"
*coffee was not replaced on the second night, although this could have been because we did not leave the motel until lunchtime and clearly she was in a hurry to complete her duties.
The smell of cigarettes from people smoking outside the rooms. It permeates into the room. But I would go there again.
The staff didn't seem terribly efficient. When checking in, we were in a hurry and the office man was having a 'chat' with another person checking in. When checking out, I waited ages for someone to come to the office after ringing the bell and having the dog barking loudly. You would have thought at 9.50am they would have the office manned, with a checkout time of 10am.
