Relaxed, easy going and friendly. The link with the facilities at the
related apartments and the Matso's brewery and food helped the
feeling of being well served. Assistance with lost baggage was much
appreciated.
Bayside is well located in Broome township. Its amenities are good, in that it has a decent sized fridge, a comfortable bed, an old but usable stove, comfortable couch, quality TV etc.todos opiniões »
Quiet location, access to all Moonlight Bay amenities, extra bedding needed was delivered immediately, friendly helpful staff, close to Matsos and bus stop.
Location - easy walking distance to the centre of town. Bed was very comfortable.

Had difficulty in finding the reception- eventually seeing a small sign
to go to the related apartments.
The bedroom lighting was poor, the bedside lamp (one side only) was essential. The place has a somewhat worn & dated look about it, but undoubtedly would be a lot more expensive if recently refurbished. Broome is not cheap.
Could not fault a thing.
The shower recess could have been cleaner - the grouting between the tiles were showing black mould. (unit 6).
Very noisy all-night party at the adjoining property very close to my room!.
Bitten by either sand fles at the pool area or bed bugs, raised this with the manager upon checking out, he said the beds were new.
Getting back to Perth went to the Drs the bites were now very itchy welts, Dr treated for bed bugs, certainly put a sour note on our holiday, all our clothes had to be washed in hot water and bites needed to be treated with Lyclear Scabies Cream.
All good.
Housekeeping too early - on h olidays so not up till after 9am needs a
hedge or something from the main road to pool, too many onlookers, esp
from Matsos. Couch uncomfortable, too worn.
A couple of maintenance problems.
1. The bathroom door would not shut in Room 223 at Moonlight. Door coming apart and would not latch.
2. No lowest setting on ceiling fan above the bed. Second setting too high.
A couple of easily fixed items I'm sure.
Nothing special.
Kitchen - cupboards stiff and hard to open, fridge leaking water daily, wood chippings falling from fan - kitchen really needs to be re-done.
Long walk from reception with bags.
The rooms smelt damp and were dark. The pool and outdoor furniture need upgrading.
Reception was located at sister establishment. Swimming pool wasn't well maintained and didn't see anyone using it.
Couldn't unlock fly screen door to sit outside room.
The distance you have to carry your luggage or reception is too far away.
Better TV instruction.
The inconvenience of having to pick up the key at another venue, and also needing to carry heavy luggage back to that venue to return the key and leave our luggage whilst waiting for that flight.
Age of the motel - not priced sensibly. It is a 1960s to 70s brick motel with very little upgrading.
