It's convenience to the places we wanted to visit. The friendly and helpful staff. and very importantly that the management didn't try to cash in on the fact that there was a major event happening in the city and where other establishments had trebled their prices for that one night - as out of town travellers for such events that type of money grabbing is disgusting so thank-you Chasely Apartment Hotel for not doing it.

It has very good location, just by the Brisbane River about 30 minutes walk to the city, 10 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes to the shopping area. My apartment was very nice, a lot of space and fully equipped. Also, the stuff was amazing, really helpful and making my stay pleasant. I hope I’m back soon. Very close to the Wesley hospital though there is a very steep bank to get up to admissions. Well equipped kitchen though were fearful to use it in case of accidentally setting off fire alarms and being fined Staff friendly enough Very close to cat port into the city. I really liked having the option of full cooking facilities, the spaciousness, the location and the double glazing on the windows to keep out traffic noise. I was expecting bacon, egg etc. outside of building looks dated, but this isnt important. No ice in the ice trays when we arrived, had to go and ask for a bag of ice. Wish we could have some screening on a few windows to allow fresh air, as I find air conditioning uncomfortable. Traffic noise was quite loud throughout the night despite the double glazing. nothing. the beds where uncomfortable and the lift was frightening. the noise from the cars. windows abit dirty,. Traffic noise, but view was lovely. Nothing. Being asked if I had slept in the same bed as my partner on check out. After 38 years together we were appalled. Staff unable to and did not seem interested in giving local information re bus times etc. The little info they did give was false. A bit noisy being on a main road. Per night it was $50 more than other better accommodation in the area- who also provided a basic breakfast. there wasn't enough blankets and to start with we were given a room without a bath when i specifically asked for one with a bath, the bath wasn't clean enough for my standards and the price that was charged and we were still expected to remove our rubbish and clean our dishes. As well as our door was opened up before check out time while we were still sleeping not very happy about the invasion of privacy. Noisy due to traffic. Been on the first floor. Would of been nice to at least had a view of the river , for the price.!! No foxtel. the sign about the fire service being called and the charge. people, will be scared to use the toaster which everyone knows is for every setting off a fire alarm. Really the safety of guests comes down the unit holder. High traffic noise. Road Noise due to poor double glazing. Staff not very friendly. Wifi would not connect. CRAP internet conection. very bad signal and continuous hangouts. really annoying. would not come back. A bit dated and not too clean. Extremely noisy. Difficult to sleep due to continuous traffic noise double glasing old and ineffective. Huge hill to climb to get to wesley hospital. staff on the phone when i ring up to ask question was very rude.
