This is the 3rd time this year that I stay at Caroline with my partner. Over New Years I have spent a whole week there and enjoyed every minute as well as this trip. The staff are very nice and friendly. The facilities are amazing, the apartments are nice, clean, and well designed. The place is located a short distance away from nice cafes as well as a supermarket which makes it much easier. I highly recommend this place .

Small touches like complimentary bottled water appreciated. Friendly, helpful house staff. Location (close to shops, restaurants and rail) a feature. Great location in the centre of Brighton's Church Street shopping strip, with train and taxi rank just around the corner. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen/bathroom. Secure parking and excellent security for building. We loved this modern apartment. The staff gave excellent instructions on how to get into the locked apartment after hours, so check-in was a breeze. It is close to lots of restaurants too. Excellent spacious clean apartment. We were very happy with position, close to many shops, restaurants and movies. Walk to bayside, and frequent train, 20mins ride to city. cleanliness of the room, politeness of the staffs including the cleaning staff, location is excellent, availability of a carpark. Very good comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good position for eating out, good restaurants just round the corner. The only negative about the apartment was that it was located right across the train station, and there was alot of noise, other than that everything else was absolutely perfect!. The Melbourne weather (four seasons in the space of three days)!. All good, an enjoyable stay. Nothing. It was all first class. A little noisy between rooms, not a lot of sound proofing. TV was offset by a fair bit from the couch so got a bit of a crook neck. DVD player only in the bedroom. Rail line right behind the room which was actually no problem as the trains stopped running before we wanted to sleep and started after we awoke, so no complaints. Nothing - great place to stay. The apartments are right on the train line and the trains start up at 0600 hours but it wasn't really a big issue. nothing. A minor thing, the clerk forgot to allocate me a parking space. In heat of summer, A/C being switched on approx 1 hour before check in would be a nice touch....esp for west facing rooms. Shower screen door needed adjustment. Window cleaners outside my window at 9am Sunday morning!!. Office closed on weekends; room door stalled on closing, could be a problem security-wise. wouldn't know - all in perfect relation to price paid. Air conditioning box located on Balcony, took up a lot of room and was noisy. nothing ; all excellent for me as had a roadside room .may be less pleasant for rooms at the rear. I like my room serviced daily.Not every 3 days. The lack of sound proofing. I expected a larger floor space, ie a separate sitting/ dinning room, for this space to be called an apartment as apposed to a space saver hotel room with extra facilities jammed in. realters would call it 'cozy'. They really should tell potential customers that the apartments are right next to a rail crossing (less than 50m away) trains, crossing signals, etc from early morning till late night. No double glazed window in the bedroom (there is in the living room), very noisy. extreme early morning train noise.
