Lovely room, lady at reception was very friendly & helpful with everything we needed to know, room was very clean & spacious. She even upgraded us to an ocean view room which was amazing! Would definitely go back if we got the chance!. Very well designed providing excellent comfort. Lovely view over the water from room and terrace. Excellent response when electricity short cut with only a few minutes without electricity. Very good value, Well done.
todos opiniões » Clean, new bathroom with good shower. A cot was provided to us free of charge with sheets & blankets. We ordered our breakfast at 7.30am the next morning & the staff provided what we requested. Beachfront Bicheno was a very clean, warm and friendly motel/hotel. We stayed for 1 night on our way around Tasmania and we were very happy with the accommodation, service and the meals at the hotel. Room was very nice, a young waitress Selena made our night with her friendliness and attention to our needs. All staff were very friendly and the view was magnitifcent. All over value for money. Beautiful views of the ocean from the rooms and the Bistro in the hotel served great meals at a reasonal price. We watched the dolphins every day from the balcony of our room. Great location near beach and shops/restaurants. Staff were enthusiastic about their town and very helpful. Room was very quiet and very comfortable. Service was gold medal! Very clean and modern. Very thoughtfully laid out, we did appreciate a toaster as well as the tea making facilities. Nice staffs, nice foods in the Tavern, good value for money, close to Wineglass Bay and the blow hole, sure will come back in future trip. Very Clean and up to date! The owners are lovely! No microwave, or bowls/plates. There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay. Metal bed lamps got hot enough to burn you if you touched them (there was a warning note). That we didn't have more days here. Nothing. nothing. Limited wifi signal; trouble logging in. Nothing. After we had unpacked and settled into the room we discovered that the fridge was not Working. The staff took a little convincing to swap it with another fridge as they wanted us to move rooms. While there were lots of vacant rooms, after a long drive we just wanted to relax. Bed was very hard. The staff is cool and no smile. Nothing to add.
