  After some confusion over the booking we were upgraded to a two-room apartment, which was fabulous, and therefore a great bargain. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the buffet-style breakfasts were excellent. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest I have ever enjoyed!   We liked the proprietors and staff, Evan; we liked the room, the bathroom, the view, the service; we liked the breakfast buffet which was included, and the restaurant fare and service in the evening were very good.   The reception staff ( I am so sorry to forget her name) is very friendly and helpful, always keeps charming and attractive smile. Especially I found reserved room with a defective heating radiator and droping water, she checked system and ran up-down stairs to fix any other room availability. The hotel location is amost starter of main street in - The desk staff was very friendly, especially Paula who helped me book city tours. Location is fantastic (innercity) for visitors who wants to enjoy Ushuaia since everything is at very short and walking distance.
