Mariano is very friendly ! The apartment is a little far from the place you have to meet him, but he drives you there. He had lots of advices for us, the places to rent a car (his neighbour Mariano, who owns cars to rent, is a good choice, but quite expensive I think), to eat,... The apartment is very simple, just what you need as equipment. We stayed 2 nights, only to sleep, and it was a good deal (price/quality). Recommanded if you don't stay there for a long time.
