Nacho was a superb host going above and beyond; he even came to collect us after we had an accident and translated for us the pharmacy, another time he helped translate at a vineyard.   Lovely location, we stayed in the ex-governers house which was peaceful. The swimming pool was great, set in a beautiful garden full of birds. The food in the restaurant was excellent and I loved the wine tastings every evening as you got to know the other guests. We also had a tour of the olive oil making which was really interesting.
