todos opiniões » The location and scenery from your room is breathtaking. The rooms are big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the biggest standout for me was the two owners. Two people so passionate about looking after their guests. They were soo helpful and lovely. They gave us great advice on tours, booked it for us even lent us some hiking boots!! They were so selfless they even suggested we go to El Chelten which although meant we didnt stay more nights with them, meant we got to. The Hosteria is beautiful and located on a small hill with unobstructed views of the lake. We saw the lake from our bed which was stunning! They have big glass windows all around so you really get an amazing panoramic view of lake. Beautiful little spot. The rooms were simple but nice and clean (loved the heated tiles in our bathroom!). They also have great food there and can make you a nice little lunch box for your excursions. The best part however were the hosts. Augustina and her husband ar. Everything!! The view from the bedroom and the restaurant, the lobby, the areas you can stay for a while, the kindness of Agustina, the food (we had breakfast and dinner), the help for the excursion... Well this was the best place I have stayed with my husband in Argentina and the price is very affordable for the quality of the service. Perfect for honeymoon!!!. The place is just amazing! If you are looking for a perfect place with a perfect view to relax- this is a place for you. Tha hosts are doing all thay can in order to help you find exactly what you are looking for, they are extra friendly and want you to have the best experiance. You feel like home in this hotel, it's really amazing, we received a very good welcome, and it has been tough to live! This is our best trip hotel for sure!. The location, the views, the peace, the design of the building, the staff. Superb staff, very nice communal areas, comfortable and clean. View on the lago Restaurant was very nice. 1) The nice position as a negative side in that that you need to take a taxi if you are dining downtown, and didn´t opt for the dinner in the house, which would be in any case a good alternative if you are staying more than one night 2) Can´t thing of anything else. Sorry!. Its not central but it is a lovely 45 min walk into town or a cheap / quick taxi into town. It is the best stop for tours though you are last to be picked up and first dropped off. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the conversation next door but everyone is so exhausted after trekking it was still easy to sleep. My only complaint was that it felt a bit outside of town so you are about 40min walking distance from the center - which isn't the most practical if you want to see the town and get groceries. But the town is absolutely not interesting. We went once after our mini trekking and there is really nothing to see. It's extremely touristy and is loaded with shops. So we actually did not mind being away from all that. In the end we were glad we were further out with such an amazing view. Nothing. That we only stayed for 3 nights. The wifi is not that strong. Our room was unfortunately right next to the water heater (water for guests, hotel and restaurant). Honestly the staff really has to do something about it ! When you pay for a room in a hotel far from the city and lost in Patagonia, you just want quiet and enjoy the silence. But no, we had to endure this very loud noise every 30 seconds (yes no exaggerating) and even during the night. The walls were a bit thin and you could hear people in the other rooms. nothing. Nothing really. The rooms were quite basic, although that is what you would expect in the price range. It's preferable to got a car to reach the hotel.
