  We loved our luxury stay in what we considered to be a world class hotel. The staff in all areas were helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were quite simply the best we have ever experienced and the pool area was fantastic. A room upgrade was really worth the bit extra because it provided access to the club lounge (complimentary drinks and buffet... co mówią ludzie » ) which is a great place to relax and take in the views. Check your map first and be careful of the traffic but we considered it an easy walk to cross - The room is spacious. The hotel is located in the westlake district, so further away from the crowdiness of the Hanoi city centre and it is much more peaceful and relaxing living in this district. Our hotel room is facing the westlake, so the view from the room is great.

  The staff were fantastic. Our welcome when we arrived after a very long journey and very little sleep made us feel like we had really started our honeymoon.
