Loved the staff, they were very helpful and always friendly. Loved the location of this hotel, and the area it was in. Very simple to get around to where we were going and the places around it were ideal for eating and shopping and even go to a movie.
The price was the best of the hotels around the area.
It was in a great location 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go.

They didn't have my reservation in there system but they gave me the room for the same price and was very nice about it!.
The continental breakfast could have had a little more variety as it was the same thing every morning. Didn't care for the live in residents as they always let their kids run around while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast and wake up. Bathrooms were small, and only had one mirror in the room and 4 girls were trying to get up and ready to go, so made it take longer. Mostly they are just trival things but thought you might like to know.
The sheets and pillowcases couldve been soften and of better quality but no complaints for the price we paid.
