I attempted to go out of my comfort zone and try another hotel. It didn't work - I was welcomed by ESA with open arms after running from the other hotel. The weekend staff was awesome as always.
The only downside was a slight ant problem when I checked in but was quickly remedied by accommodating me with another room! Awesome!
The price was very affordable for a such a busy weekend; I was able to get great rest and the bed was comfortable; and the room was easily accessible to get to from the parking lot, but well secured.
Although I was away for the weekend, I wish there was a gym on site.
The staff was excellent. There was a slight problem with one if our rooms and because of it, we were given a discounted rate and the last day was comped. This saved me over $200.00 and was truly appreciated.
Not that I didn't like it, but it did take a minute to get used to not having maid service everyday and not having simple things provided, ie; shampoo, lotion, things like that. There were two bars of soap provided so that helped.
The cost was great. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were good. Convenient laundry room. Everything was nice and clean.
A couple of my towels were stained. Vending machines did not work properly (took money without return of product). Laundry facility was a little pricey. Room service was very expensive.

Comfortable and roomy suite. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast would give you enough fuel for the morning but nothing fancy.
No room service unless you demand - nobody came to dump trash for three days. You have to walk to the frontdesk to change towels. There almost nothing in the neighborhood within walking distance (restaurants, marts, etc.). If you don't have a car, maybe somewhere near downtown or airport is a better choice.

I reserved a room in non-smoking and I was put in smoking. The room smelled a little but the hallway was worse. I was told that because I reserved through letsbookhotel.com that they couldn't guarantee a non- smoking room. This was disappointing as I had my 5 and 13 year old with me and the smell was bothering them. Also they don't have an ice maker!!
i liked that i had a kitchen
the breakfast was quite bad, it i snot located in a turistic zone, you cannot walk to a nice dinning place or bar.
