Nice staff and facilities everything was acceptable We had an issue with the TV and Maintenance came in and fixed it promptly and he was a very pleasant man to deal with Our Thanks to him

our only complaint was that the weather was not suitable for swimming And the hotel can't fix that

The room and the facilities and the staf.

The rate does not include breakfasr for the children although it was not clear when the room was reserved in the site. In other hotels the breakfast was included for the children olso.

Good location on Hwy 8, easy to get to the many places we had to go. 15 minutes from SDSU, 15 min to beaches in opposite direction. Staff was friendly in all departments. Excellent sushi at Islands, their bar & snack restaurant; super fresh and clean tasting. Our room looked out onto the pool, there was a mix of family and business travelers. Nice atmosphere for a good price.

No fridge in room, I guess I've come to expect a mini-fridge while traveling, for water, drinks, cream for in-room coffee.

Location was excellent!. Room was clean. We opted not to get room clean on second day stay and got $5 coupon to use at one of their restaurants. Service was great. We requested clean towels on second day and were brought up quickly. If you need something for room, just call and ask. Friendly staff. Got $5 coupons for each member (5) towards San Diego zoo. Could get noisy due to it being family friendly but that is expected. Close to restaurants.

No free wifi, parking was $12 a day

I enjoyed the price, location and most amenities! The pool was nice and all staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The shower had problems draining. The breakfast buffet wasn't good. I expected more for the price.

Wanted to go back to san Diego for a wile and was my daughter first trip and she loved the pool and did not want to go to sea world to stay sy the pool all day best trip we had in a long time thank you

It is a very nice hotel with great facilities (lovely jacuzzi, internal courtyard).

Only the club rooms have free wifi. Only the rooms at the back on the golf club have a great view. The front rooms look onto the highway.

We stayed here 2nights & no one came to clean our room after our 1st night or got extra towels

Only 9 sun loungers at pool for a hotel of this size. Only 2 check-in staff on duty on a Friday afternoon at 4:00pm arrival time. ( staff however were very helpful )

Nice simple rooms. Lush vegetation throughout property, including jungle/hawaiian theme. Great pool area/pool. Huge, delicious breakfast at Islands restaurant!! Great service there.

Got great deal on web, but didnt receive room cleaning/stock entire 3 night stay. Because of cheap deal?

We had a wonderful time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, San Diego recently from March 11 to 14. The facilities were excellent. Our bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable, and coffee making was provided. The pool and hot tub facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the large hot tub which can take 14. We had dinner in the restaurant twice. They have a ‘happy hour’ service with reduced drink prices between 5 and 7; and the food was excellent and freshly cooked, with nice hot vegetables: not just salad. The hotel also provides a fee shuttle service (not advertised on their web site) to the San Diego Zoo between 9 am and 3 pm, and also to the Old Town all day until 9pm. This was really useful. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

- Big room, bed is comfortable,excellent employee. -Hotel member can use internet free, but only in the lobby. -Quiet , can't hear any flight noise -have free shuttle bus to seaworld and zoo. -Herz is inside the hotel, Avis and Dollas are just two minutes walk beside the hotel.

-Air conditioner is noisy, this really bad. -Elevators are old. -Wifi in the room is not free, and even paied, only one device is allowed to access internet.

I love the hotel theme very tropical rainforest type.and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

I did not like the room service food or the sushi bar they have . Food was not that great and the drinks weren't either .

Very pretty, well maintained property. We were next to the ice machine and never heard it.Anthony, the bartender, is great! Room price was very reasonable.

Our room heater was really noisy and rattled so loud that we couldn't possibly run it at night. It got down to 64 in our room. It never threw out a lot of heat.

Great area to Seaworld, nice grounds and pool. Cleaning staff was wonderful.

The hotel had a large party staying there from Norco. The staff did not control there roudy and rude behavior. Staff only cared to please them.

Prices for parking 12.00 nightly, breakfast 15.00 per person... room upon arrival was now stocked with basic items, had to request. No refrigerator in room or microwave... room by the pool very loud as pool hours were to 11:00 pm.

The rooms looked old and they had a smell. The beds were not comfortable. You had to pay for parking and WiFi. It was rated a 4 star that was not accurate maybe at one time but not currently need a major make over. The overall stay was terrible. Only stayed one night of a two day booking. We went to another hotel could not stay another night.

Did not like anything rooms Stink !!

The place smells very bad did not sleep booked 2 nights only spent one and had to move hotels 1st thing next morning. Worst hotel stay ever. The place is a health hazard
