I loved the safety, I loved that we were close to all the attractions. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything! I will definitely stay here again, and tell all of my friends. My parents are picky and they really loved it!. Lovely spacious apartment. Kids liked the TV channel choices and TVs in the bedrooms. Good to have a communal pool area. Location of apartments good, useful to have grocery store on site too.
wszystkie opinie » This condo was all you could want for a stay in Orlando.There was everything in it and it was very convenient for the Disney/Universal parks. Very clean apartment with high quality furnishing and equipment, in a very good location and environment. Enjoyed the swimming pool. We visit Vista Cay over Spring break.Our appartment was great very comfortable.Lokation is excelent very close to all attractions. The flat was very clean and well equipped. Running track around the ponds is just great. I really loved my stay in this hotel. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We were impressed on how clean it was. The apartment was very nice; clean comfortable and conveniently located. Excellent location for theme parks. Large and clean accommodation. Proximity to Universal, cleanliness, price. Clean, wide , comfortabel, location. Very clean, nice decor. Good space. Path around lake. I really liked the location. I thought the pool and club house was perfect. The grounds where well kept and nice looking. The location is excellent, Quiet, All kitchen utensils are available. Close to OCCC. Short drive to everything. Great location. The location and facilities. Location was good... No kettle - the member of staff I phoned didn't seem to understand what I was asking about. Nothing. . Electric kettle not provided. . Even though I like the concept of self management by guests and minimum intervention by service staff, it was not good enough that the standard of response to guests issues were not good enough. Somebody attending to emails and phone calls can handle this. I requested for the information brochure which was supposed to be in teh room, both by telephone and email, and got no response till we left after 10 days - minor stuff though!. It said it slept 6 but my in-laws were in one bedroom, each of my children were in each twin bed and my husband and I had to sleep on the couch. It didn't appear to pull out to a bed so it was a little uncomfortable. A pond arrival, the door code did not work. We had to wait 45 minute for the staff to come open the door. After we were let in, we had to move to a different unit because the door code could not be repaired. Nothing. Front Gate code was tried a few times before it worked. Very trying to find the unit, a maze which was difficult to find our way around. Poorly marked buildings. Non left,. Nothing. All good. Pool is too small for size of resort. Grass needs to be mowed. The actual apartment unit was not clean. The carpet was soiled with dirt and stains. I did not feel comfortable walking around without socks or shoes. The master bed was not good. It squeaked and as soon as you would get on it, you would sink in. The furniture in the main living area was dirty also. No one comes to clean the rooms because rented from letsbookhotel.com. Washing machine needs bearings... Sounds like a plane crash. Air conditioner sounds the same. Plug on DVD player had been cut off and the wires were stuck in an outlet. Major fire hazard. There was mold in the coffee pot and the tea pot. Need I go on. The appartment was too hot . We contact the in charge person but they did not fix it. Also their was ant all over the apartment. Dirty!!! That's one word to describe the villa we were in. The carpet was so gross I could not even put my 7 month old on the floor!!! Broken blinds in the main room. All the bathroom door locks were broken. We called to get the blinds fixed, but they were never fixed. Why you charge a $95 cleaning fee is beyond me!! That carpet has never been cleaned! So nasty! Too expensive for how dirty and broken everything was! I would never stay there again!!.
