The owner was friendly and made us comfortable with our stay ! Rooms were always clean ! Hot water heater broke and owner bought a brand new one for her guests to have a great cozy stay !!! Had a beautiful clean pool and close walk to the beach !. I liked the safety of the hotel. It was clean and neat. The Cleaning lady was honest and did a great job cleaning our room. She even arranged my sons stuffed teddy bears on the bed after making it! The pool was wonderful!.
wszystkie opinie » The Lady at the front desk was really nice and accommodating to us and especially to my friends who originally did not have reservations at Coastal Inn.. We would and will stay there again soon.. Clean rooms clean pool. And spacious rooms. Planing to stay 3 nights but stayed 5. So close to the beach and jolly Rodgers that we walked in 3 minutes. I used to work in hotel and received several training about customer services . liked Mr. kozmas's best customer service during our stay. ,. I liked the location, I like the affordability, I also like that they were one of the few hotels that let you book two days and one night. The location was decent, only a two block walk from the beach, the price was unbeatable. I'd say i got my moneys worth. The staff was so nice! They were really friendly. I'd definitely come back!. Close to everything loved the beach and bars were fun to go to. Close to the beach. Great location. Decent sized rooms. The price was great!!!!!!! The room was nice and clean. The closeness to the beach and the price. Evrithing vas exellent. Quiet. I had read several "iffy" reviews about this hotel, so I didn't have very high expectations. However, I waited until the last minute to book a hotel and this was the only affordable one available. It is definitely an out dated hotel, however, the beds were clean, there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room (I wasn't expecting that). The location was excellent and the staff was nice! Parking is minimal so if you can, bring only one car!. Near the beach and boardwalk. A few decent cafes within a walk. Fridge in room and the bed's are ok. Reception chap (student from Greece) very helpful.....but he's off home now !. Good location for the beach and the bars nearby. Ideal room if your planning to use it just for sleep and shower. The person at the front desk was nice but not very helpful. Our car had not been working and I needed to contact my son to tell him I was at the hotel...He (gentleman at the desk) said there were no phones in the room and I couldn't use his cell phone. The location was close to the beach. Location was good. nothing. pool. The pool was dirty. My children wanted to swim. The location to the boardwalk, yea its two blocks to the boardwalk, but definitely not two blocks to all of the stores as i was thinking. The air conditioning system was very loud. It was hard to sleep with it on. Hotel wasn't described as on website. No flat screen tv or wifi. Outside kinda shabby looking no maid service. Was a little dirty. Not too bad. The stairs. Wish it had kitchen. Out-Dated Old TV AC Air Conditioning. It looks like a jail from the indise ! And it needs cleaning properly (carpets, aircon etc). Its actually a long way (2mls) from the 'centre' of the action. There's no breakfast, not even coffee. The pool wasn't as clean, but if your not going to use it then it's fine. Room was tiny! Small low bed. No hairdryer, coffee maker or even shampoo. The place looks like it hasn't been clean in a long time. We chose to go to the beach to get in the water instead of taking a shower in the room, which was so filthy it was disgusting. There were hairs every where. It was dusty and the room had a bleachy smell. other guests staying up late outside the rooms talking loud and the language used. End of the boardwalk. The cost of the out dated rooms and the conditions of the bathroom. The room was smaller then my closet. The air conditioner didn't work on a weekend the temperature didn't drop below 85. The bed seemed clean but the sheets didn't seem clean at the same time. The shower had terrible and i mean terrible water pressure. No hot water. After a day spent at the beach I couldnt shower and had to sleep sticky, stinky, with sand in my hair. They offered me a better room but without hot water. I didnt take the better room because it wouldnt solve the problem. My 10 year old son and I just wanted a relaxing stay at the hotel but it was very disappointing and I will forward this issue to the owner of the hotel and to the business bureau. the mildew smell. the bed and sheets that did not fit. the nineteen sixties lock on the door.over all dirty. the door was shaky and I did not feel secure. The hallways and stairs are dirty, the could use a power wash. I would not recommend this motel to anybody I know. Low quality facility. Not dirty, but you don't get any amenities with your stay. The staff wouldn't assist with our stay or do anything further than providing board to sleep. I'll choose a four star hotel over a cheap stay next time. Black mold on floor board and ceiling in bathroom. Baseball - sized hole in ceramic tub covered by rubber bath mat didnt stop heel of foot from sinking into it. You have to turn toilet water intake line off at wall after refillling or flood the floor. I had to put an 8 oz cup under valve at wall to catch the leak as toilet refilled tank. A little over price. Not clean at all. Black Mold in bath room. Very dusty. Everything in the room needs updated. They didnt refund my money,they only made the bed didnt vacuum everyday,managers were never there,had to call to get in touch with them. Phone didn't work shower didn't work the tv was busted. The bed sheets had stains on them. And we got the wrong room. Wanted one bed not two. room was mildewy, all the furnishings are old- the remote didn't work. Smelled like urine. Cob webs all over ceiling. Did not even take our shoes off. The room was nothing more than a section of the laundry partioned off and made into a room. Very tiny !!! The seat on the toilet wasn't the correct one. Seat round , commode oval. Glass in the window broken out and hanging there by just some rubber cement ? Since I was next to the laundry I got to listen to the alarm on the dryer around the clock since it was never shut off. Needless to say for the price I paid I was extremely disapointed and would never recomend this place !. Plumbing backed up. Window stuck open. Sink would not drain properly. Broken alarm clock. Reported all of the above but only toilet was fixed. Too many steps (48) to climb to get to room. No elevator. No facility like breakfast but price was expensive. My son called later (at least 5 times) to see if we had checked in and they wouldn't give him any information. All they needed to do to confirm he was my son was ask what my address was and home phone. The walls in the room were dirty and tv was impossible to watch. In order to get ice you had to pay $3.00 for a whole bag, which of course was melted by morning and no good to you the next day. Our hotel room was dirty from the moment we stepped in. There were hairs left in our bath tub, huge bugs everywhere, and cabinet doors were broken and slanted. Yes this is one of the cheapest hotels you could find, but I would never spend $400 to sleep in filth for two days. Hotel was outdated, hallways covered with cigarette butts, no tv channels, maid service was late and not very good. I was not happy with the price but very unhappy when I saw the room. Dirty!!! Unable to use pool due to dirt, hair and bugs in pool No hot water, inefficient air conditioning OLD and uncomfortable!!. very dirty damp linens very small very expensive unfriendly staff no where to put clothes this motel needs to be shut down for health purposes. Bed Sheets Torn, Carpets Disgusting, No Cold Water In The Sink. Would Never Stay There Again. Their ads says Phone in room wrong no Phone direct tv with the cheapest of all plans no abc, cbs,nbc, fox or any espn Channels, Maid service skipped out room 3 times in 7 Days 2 Blocks to Boardwalk and Beech but 30 blocks from any attractions, stores on the Boardwalk Luxurious Bath is streaching the truth a bit, out toilet needed fixed twice. The room was not clean, and when I complain about they did not take the proper action to clean it... I will never under any circumstances I will stay at that Hotel!!!!!.
