The double room suite we had was so roomy. I loved having a washer/dryer and hot tub. The view was great and it was nice & quiet. Everything was clean & we had little starter packs of soap, coffee etc. The parking was close, there was an elevator & even a luggage cart! Guest services was accommodating & no one even bugged us to attend a time share demo:) The beds were very comfy! The tvs were great & we enjoyed the porch too.The location is so close to the gaylord, which was.

From the location to the room, to the staff, and the overall appearance was top notch. I loved it at Nashville Resort and will recommend it to anyone and everyone. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thank you for a wonderful stay! They were above and beyond my expectations. We love the Wyndham in Nashville and have stayed there several times. The staff is extremely friendly and the Monarch car service is awesome and also very freindly. We will stay there again for sure. Location great but need own transport. Excellent value for money. Apartments have everything needed for independent stay. Just bring your clothes. Apartments very roomy. . Loved that it had a kitchen facility with everything furnished. It had an appearance of a very classy hotel. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We loved the stay and would definitely stay again!! Rooms Very nice, bed comfortable, just an overall great stay!. I liked my room and the staff. the location was near my conference at the Opryland Hotel so I enjoyed that. shopping was great. Loved the opry land hotel gardens food was good. The on site in resort performances. the apartment we had was amazing, huge rooms , it was like being at home . fantastic resort. Room and amenities. Kitchen,Washer/Dryer Disnwasher, decor etc. a great place/rooms. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating esp. the consier (sp? --sorry). It was a great value an tons of space, the front desk staff were good too. Spacious rooms easy access elevators a bonus very nice staff. Clean, and in a good location and very quiet. great staff, nice facilities and location. Excellent staff in all areas. Location. Nashville is awesome... lots to do there. Convenience. Location and size of the suite. Friendly staff. There are funny little space issues in some of the suites (as we read online about the kitchen drawer that could not be opened while something else was in use...i think maybe it was the dishwasher). We found that our second bathroom door could not be closed if the toilet seat was down. It was comical more than anything else. So to close the bathroom door, you had to lift the toilet seat. That was the only issue, so really we had no issues. They no longer have music channels on the tv, and there was no radio in the room. They worked on the cable throughout the resort and I could not watch tv for many hours on different days. It was annoying. Wouldn't have been so bad if there was a radio at least in the room. The back decks on some of the buildings look very unsafe. They are actually beginning to fall. The support beams were evn cracked. We like the sales pitch we got and wont ever go back to one. The floors and walls are super THIN. We had someone with children above us and it sounded like they were coming through the floor all hours of the day and night. The room next to us was also very loud and I think it was for the employees. I could hear everyones conversations. Noise level in this hotel was rated a 2 out of a 5. I was on the third floor with no elevator access and I had a very heavy suitcase, would've been nice if they had told me that so I could've seen if there was anything on the first floor. did not enjoy much the country music hall of fame. Why so much hype on Carrie Underwood?. The Concierge called and said I forgot to get my welcome pack at check in with discount tickets etc. I went back to get it and they it would be delivered at 9 am the next morning. It wasn'T. I went back to concierge and they said they would call and deliver the next day as they welcome packs came from another building/dept.. They didn'T. It wasn'T. I went back the next day and they said it would be delivered the 3rd morning. Too late. We had to check out by 10. No welcome pack. Lack of wash clothes and towels. Had 3 of each for 2 adults for 4 days then were replaced with same number for the next 3 days. Room in desperate need of renovation. We booked before leaving the uk and the money was taken from our credit account under the name of roamba.com which nobody recognised. We expected to pay on check out and this confusion caused us a lot of grief with 3 expensive calls back to our credit company in the uk. We even suspected fraud. We finally understood the situation but you should make it clearer to other bookers. No daily housekeeping. location... too far from Downtown area. Stayed 4 days and was never offered maid service or clean linens. Also they tried to insist on sales pitch for timeshare. Washer had to be fixed Some lights were out No towel service Clerk at checkout was more worried about eating his burrito than get me a receipt. I still don't have one!. No easy transport to downtown Nashville. House not insulated. Too much noise from neighbors Tried to enroll us to timeshare. Nasty manager, dirty and old carpets and furniture, thin walls, we could hear the neigbours talking ,small living room, far from downtown.
