Please note that, for guests under the age of 25, the following additional policies apply: - Guests must check in at the office location listed on the booking confirmation. - A deposit of at least USD 1000.00 for houses or USD 500.00 for apartments must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection at which the guest must be present. Contact the property for details. - An additional security fee equaling 15% of the reservation will be charged upon arrival. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests will receive check-in details within 2 weeks of arrival following the return of the rental agreement. If no check-in information is received, guests must call the property prior to check in for the check-in instructions. Please note daily housekeeping is not offered. Please contact property management regarding Trip Insurance (not required).
