The cleaning fee only covers light cleaning, kitchen, dishes, bathroom and linens. If excessive cleaning is required the fee will be USD 100.00. A 3% credit card fee will be charged when applicable. Pets of any kind are not allowed. A fee of USD 100.00 is charged per day if a pet is brought on the premises, including visitors. Guests must be 25 years of age to book. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
