I had occasion to talk with the young woman, Ebony at the front desk on the phone 3 times before I actually arrived. Each time, she was helpful and courteous in helping me resolve my problem. The hotel, while it is close to the airport is not so close that there is airport noise. Bob, the airport van driver, was great. He hauled my ton of luggage quickly and easily. He was pleasant, respectful, funny, and helpful, even carrying all my luggage up without benefit of a cart. He even offered to ge.

You may find fancier hotels, but fancy does not make up for friendly. La Quinta can be proud of the Management and Staff here. Thank you for making our buisness trip pleasant and heart warming. Compared to the other airport hotels, La Quinta is very good. It is a bit further away from the airport than i would like but everything else about it was fine. The rooms were large and comfortable the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was more than adequate. Great energetic staff...large rooms with all amenities...near airport and downtown, as well as the light rail to downtown. Complimentary shuttle to/from airport and destinations within 3 mile radius. Great rates! Good restaurant in neighboring hotel. The female receptionists were more customer friendly and savvy than the male. The beds were excellent, best nights sleep I've had in a lonnng time. :-) Excellent location, close to restaurants, walking areas, and not far from shopping or downtown. The shuttle service was great! Free ride to the train station to get to downtown or you can go anywhere in a 3 mile radius. The front desk attendants were very nice and the rooms were great with a fridge for storage not a minibar. This property had an airport shuttle that we needed. They don't run until 6:00 A.M. And our flight was at 7:30 so it was tight but thankfully it wasn't far from the airport. Excellent beds, generally quiet surroundings, comprehensive though standard breakfast included in price of room which was very competitive. Very easy to get to! The drive to Bank of America Stadium was easy! Friendly staff! We got to bring our 2 dogs at no extra cost!!!. The room was very comfortable. Everything was laid out well. Staff were friendly. Unhappily, booking through letsbookhotel.com always nets a room next to the mechanical/ice bucket/soda machines space. Lots of commotion through the night. letsbookhotel.com take note. Nothing. Bathroom tile is little outdated and no bath mat in tub. I liked everything. It didn't have a bar or place to have dinner. Breakfast was only ok. access to internet was difficult. surfaces did not apperar to have been wiped down/floor cleaned on one occasion. nothing. Nothing in particular. breakfast. Had nothing to do with La Quinta rather Booking. Com. My confirmation gave address to the South location, which was were I made reservation. Actual reservation was made at Airport location. No problems with either La Quinta. The hotel was hard for an out-of-towner to find. More visible signs on the major streets would be appreciated. I reported that having stayed in room 313 it felt like there were bugs - fleas? - in my bed. Sleep was not restful which was tough after a severely delayed flight.
