This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family. The price was right in the middle range of hotels in the Branson area, but with the perks of more high priced hotels. The beds were quite comfortable, in fact, we commented that this was one of the first hotels where we didn't wake up with a stiff back. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and was run well -- the food never ran out. Another big plus was the late night desert offering. Yum.
wszystkie opinie » The hotel was extremely clean and modern. I especially liked that they did not use bedspreads on the bed. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and waffles. For an evening snack after the shows the hotel offered cobbler and ice cream, or cookies. All of this was included in the price, which saved us a lot of money. It was centrally located, being near the shows that we wanted to see, and was on the drive leading to Tanger Outlet Mall. The room was clean and comfortable, basic items but nothing fancy. The breakfast foods were above average with hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties along with waffles, cereal, fruit and donuts. The evening "snack" was exceptional with two types of cobbler, ice cream, cookies and donuts. The hotel halls and rooms were quiet and the hotel was centrally located. My husband took me to Branson Mo for my 71 st birthday and since we had stayed at Camden Inn before , we booked a room there , as always it was a very relaxing comfortable stay . We only live about 45 minutes from Branson so we like to go every few months . Next time we go we would like to try one of the other Camden Properties !. More than what we expected for the price. Great location. All accommodations were right on the mark. From full course breakfast, all, aspects of the room, the staff and the late night ice cream, cookies & cobbler. Were Camden will be our first choice when we come back. The convenience of having everything close by to hotel. We enjoyed having our cobbler and ice-cream at the end of the day. The discounted shows and other attractions were very helpful. Our late check-out was also very helpful. All of the staff were very helpful particularly with the bad weather that we experienced during our stay. Also, the late evening 10 pm refreshments were extra special. We would recommend this Hotel to others. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning and dessert at night was delicious. The service was very helpful and friendly. Evening dessert was great, my husband says its the best cobbler! The swimming pool area was one of the cleanest that I've seen. We had a king room that was really big and comfortable with the couch. We were right across from the elevator but it was a quiet room and did not disturb us. Clean spacious room. Conveniently located. View of the mountains are wonderful. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Continental Breakfast was very good, as was the evening dessert. . Desk Clerk was very accommodating when we asked for a change in room location. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The complimentary hot breakfast was great as well as the ice cream & cobbler evening snack. This inn was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and overall, the inn was a good value. Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything you could possibly want was available. I will have to agree with a previous poser that they could use better toilet paper. The ventilation fan in our bathroom did not work. The pool is not that big, no deeper then 3 feet. The hotel is a bit off of the strip without a whole lot of signage, easy to miss for first time visitors. Honestly, these are absolutely not reasons to avoid staying at the Camden Hotel. Parking was a bit crowded but a place could always be found. The only thing lacking is microwaves and fridges in rooms !. On Friday night (7/19/13) the attendant just stated clearing out the dinning room by pulling everything out. She stepped in front of people waiting to get cobbler , cookies & ice cream and started removing them. . She could have stated that she needed to start shutting everything down and cleaning up. Then allow people get their desserts. I understand there is a designated closing time But they need to also understand they are serving customers. None. Inconvenience to indoor pool when you stay in the second building. Bathroom was just a bit small. We have no complaints!. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room. Was a real pain to have to go to the lobby for coffee. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. We had a king size bed room and the room seemed very small and it didn't have a microwave. Had a hard time getting a parking place on Saturday night. Having a convention and was very crowded. Would have been nice to have a hot tub. Girl that served breakfast on Wed. June 5th was not at all friendly like the other girls were. She also let the plates run out' Not a big thing to me but it might be to some people. I didn't like the fact there was no closet to hang my clothes. I found nothing not to like about this place. Quality of breakfast was poor. fridge didn't work. Great deal for the money. Only complaint, better quality toilet paper please!. The cobbler is a good idea but it is served too late in the evening, 8:00 would be better, not everyone likes to eat that late. I didn't like that you have to walk outside to the pool it's ok in summer but spring. Room had a funky smell. Parking. Nothing!!. Had to go outside to get to indoor pool. Enjoyed everything. pool was not built for adults we tried to swim but found that the pool was not deep enough for us to enjoy it. none. The breakfast. No fresh fruit. Powdered eggs in a bag. Donuts. Not appealing. Rooms were very small . Fine for 2 but anymore than that and would've felt very cramped. The parking sucked big time. They had a conference going on & those who attended took all the parking. We finally started parking in an area they told us we could not park in. Not sure I would recommend it to anyone. To much traffic to get back to the hotel , with all the people trying to get to the outlet mall.
