Another crummy thunderstorm flight delay at Atlanta airport forced an overnight stay. So I was grumpy and exhausted when I arrived at Indigo. Wow! What a spirit lifter! The 12 people ahead of me in line were zoomed to their rooms and I was checked-in pronto. Then, I was amazed at how beautiful, large and comfortable my room was. It looked like an apartment! Everything was spic-and-span clean. I lovedlovedloved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. I just hope it's not because of another c.
wszystkie opinie » This is the place to stay. The staff is well trained in service and customer care. Kudos to the managers who trained this staff. I mention in particular a housekeeping lady, an older, Afro-American sweet lady who knocked on our door. She was so gracious and courteous. Often they are not. Exceptional hotel!. I loved the front desk agent Rod...he was very friendly and welcoming. I booked on an outside site...and the price I received for the hotel was appropriate. I really like the design of the rooms as well. I also like the airport transportation available. I made a mistake in my booking, and they were very eager to work out the issue in a way that didnt hurt me financially. Staff was great, everything new, modern and stylish. Only regret is not being able to stay longer! Hope to be back soon!. Best night's sleep ever. The rest of the night was like beeing at any other hotel. No carpets but linoleum with wood floor prints. It's a beauful hotel. Bed was comfortable. There wasn't anything to dislike. An amazing hotel!. not one thing. No complementary breakfast. No continental breakfast included, sold separately for $15... Maybe better a trip to IHOP two blocks away for same or less money. Very inadequate shuttle service. Advertised lunch service not provided - I had to ask for a single lunch to be made. trains that pass on the railway station near made to much noise (toot) when passing at late hours. I had to reactivate my card to gain entry into my room everyday. Restaurant/Bar closed early during a major event in Atlanta. The staff needs to work on their c ustomer service . The staff does not make you feel that your business is important to them. There was a noisy group nearby that kept us uop, the sound seemed to travle through the walls. Long wait for shuttle from airport, noise disturbance throughout the night from trains, poor breakfast. The customer service sucks I won't be back. Had to ring for shuttle pick-up from the airport. No water in the room. Coffee machine made cold coffee. No breakfast as restaurant opened 30 minutes late.
