I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.

clean and bright atmosphere - The apartment was great, in an accesable area, easy to find by taxis etc. The staff were amazing and the standard was great i.e. the rooms were cleaned daily once we had gone out with clean towels etc.

The hotel was quiet: Noise of the traffic didn't bother and there weren't noisy discos in the same building. The room was very cosy, which made us feel at home. Two pools (on first floor and on the roof) were not crowded in the morning or in the evening, when we used them. The restaurant was open 24/7 and offered the possibility to eat decently, if

Some reviews on your website seemed quite low I was surprised. I was in Block 5 and would be very happy to go back again - and again. The location is good it is a shortish walk to the creek and the souks. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Excellent Oasis Hotel rooms large and very clean, furniture and works of the great families of the swimming pool and an excellent restaurant and good breakfast but a small staff and a very excellent - service and pool. location good compared to most hotels for people who want to see the city. good value for dubai, cost us AED800 for pool view room

Great location for alot of attractions/amenities etc. Hotel was first class, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent, very spacious. A real bonus getting breakfast included in the hotel rate, the buffet was superb! The hotel -
Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

Free underground car parking, breakfast and all taxes were included in apartment price. The kitchen were fully equipped and separated from the main living room (reducing smell when cooking food) - big apartment, clean, compared to other hotels the price is very good

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were always attentive to our requests. The hotel also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for a set price which were always good value. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..
