  I loved the location of the hotel, the friendliness and courtesy of staff, the knowledge of staff about the area and how to get around and their helpfulness in general.   Great location for alot of attractions/amenities etc. Hotel was first class, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent, very spacious. A real bonus getting breakfast included in the hotel rate, the buffet was superb! The hotel staff checked me in early free of charge, though i asked for a non smoking room, they didnt have any available so i took a smoking room, No smoke smell so was not an issue. I worked in travel for 22 years at Ansett and Qantas and Jetset . so it takes alot to impress me but this did . As it was not the fault of the hotel . Breakfasts were great . I liked that my omellettes were cooked freshly.It was peaceful

  I like everything about Ramada Hotel in Burdubai.Location, excellent Restaurants, Very good service, good and clean rooms. One of the best staff at reception. The Girls are very polite and serve you with smile.The Dynesty Chinese Restaurant is one of the best chinese Restaurant in town. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel accomdated our request for an early check-in which I was happy with. Our room was very spacious and clean and ideally located within a short walking distance to Meena Bazaar. I would stay here again if I re-visited Dubai.
