Perfect Location 3 min from Emirates Mall and 10 min from metro station.
We reserved for an appartment 3 rooms but we had reached the hotel we didn't find it so they gave us 2 app. 2 rooms what was better for us and internet was for free as apologize :) -

everythings are brand new, very clean and comfortable - The apartment is close to the Mall of Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Apartment is in quiet location but need a good direction to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.

Spacious apartments (2 rooms apartment) with all the facilities needed for a family with kids. Very good location but need to locate it on your map before going to avoid extra charge for taxi. We went through previous reviews and were worried to find insects in the room, but we stayed for 11 days and never locate a single insect anywhere, we staye

Very friendly staff to be mentioned too. -
We took a two-bedroom, for four adults. The room is very large, each room has its own bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. There is a large kitchen, you can cook breakfast there we just did. Two huge balconies. From the nearest subway 10-15 minutes. There are few places where you can eat normally.

The room was very nice and neat with very nice space and large LCD TV. The location was very good, just 3 minus from Emirates Mall. I would recommend this hotel for families. - the rooms are fantastic

Personel byl bardzo profesjonalny i pomocny. W hotelu bylo czysto - sprzetano codziennie. Hotel proponuje darmowe autobusy do Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall oraz na platna plaze. Niedaleko metro, ale nie ma chodnika, trzeba isc po piasku. -

I soon discovered that and called them to check it. they kindly called me back within 10 minutes and informed me to found it and come and pickit. when came back the security handeled it to me after signature and proper documentation. I am very thankful for the honest cleaning staff who found it and reported it, -
I arrived very late, they kept my reservation, I checked-in in few minutes, my room was comfortable, room service was fast, I slept well, had coffee in my room next morning, and got ready for a busy day in a very good mood. The location was very convenient and I parked my rent car free.

Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. -

Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable. - Fantastic.
