The staff are incredible. So welcoming, friendly and are there to make your holiday special. The rooms are amazing. They are huge with a swimming pool and the decor is beautiful The food is fantastic - really well cooked and displayed and the chef said he will cook whatever we would like - now that is fantastic service The activities were really well organised. The ranges were very experienced and looked after us really well. Everything!
The internet is quite slow but you are in the desert in the middle of nowhere!
A beautiful, relaxing and private resort; nothing beats Al Maha. The individual infinity pool overlooking the undulating desert is fantastic and made the July heat very bearable. I will never forget seeing an Oryx drinking from our pool just after 5am one morning... magical. The wildlife are plentiful and they come right up to your suite. The staff are charmingly discreet and the 2 activities we joined (sundowners and falconry) were excellent. Everything is very slick and chic. Superb all round. The breakfast eggs benedict was the best I've ever had, anywhere!!

It's one of the most unforgetable experience to stay in Al Maha. The resort is located in the middle of desert. Our suite is spacious and comfortable. We saw Oryx everywhere and it's awesome! The free activities such as camel riding and falconry are so exciting. We had camel riding in sand storm and watched falconry in the early morning which was really cold after a whole night's raining. Moreover, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I was just back from Dubai and already missed this beautiful place. It's a pity that we only stayed there for one night. If I could go Dubai again, I would definitely go and stay in Al Maha though the room rate is little bit high. Generally speaking, it's an unique experience for our family. I love Al Maha!
Food and service excellent. Must comment that your food captain and his team made our journey inforgettable. We will return.
Sound system in the rooms could be improved like having BOSE surround speakers. Current sound system is very simple.
