Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked!
I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for
that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and
the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an
upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the
lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we
need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

This "Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence" is great I love it. The staff are always very helpful with everything I requested them and they are paying attention to everything I need to make my stay even better. everythings are brand new, very clean and comfortable - The apartment is close to the Mall of Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Apartment is in quiet location but need a good direction to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.
