  the decoration is amazing. services are top quality. the valet service is very comforting. the location is unbeatable. and of course, the mall and the ski is great fun. - excellent room, very big, comfortable, clean, nice decoration. very big and clean bathroom, excellent location (in the mall of Emirates)

  Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie... co mówią ludzie » s in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.
