I am very impressed by the hotel location, luxury and friendliness of the staff. The room was ample in size with modern amenities. it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien

Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Hotel is comforting and front desk guys are all awesome

The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.

I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.
