  Dear jw Marriott Marquis Management and Readers, we just completed a 4 night stay at this new hotel in Dubai. In fact we are Couples and we will discuss the pros and cons generally. There is a big competition about hotel market in Dubai, so it depends what you want but here's what we thought. The good: The rooms are outstanding in this hotel and a... co mówią ludzie » re of very decent size, modern, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows and a spacious bathroom with an outstanding shower and amenities (aromat - the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely. - the staff go backward to serve the guests. - the pool area is magnificent. - the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too. -the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this. - it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai

  Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much. The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! For example, small things like; I asked for... co mówią ludzie » cigarettes and they only sold Marlboro at the hotel but they offered to get the brand I wanted and brought it to my room in 15mins with no extra char - The Oberoi Dubai provides excellent hotel services from A to Z and exceeded all expectations by all means, hotel managers are very professional and they know how to pleases customers, also the hotel successfully chooses the best international staff that makes you enjoy the multicultural atmosphere and the reception of great services by your finger tips.
