Excellent Hotel - highly recommended - clean quiet, excellent location -
all good - if you are planning a visit to dxb stay here, you dont need
to pay ten times more for another hotel when this hotel is next to the
metro - literally, I walked out of the dxb airport, took the metro and
walked to the hotel - from there I took the metro to my all other
meetings including day trips to Saudi Arabia

Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.
Good quality breakfast.

A nice and simple hotel; nothing fancy. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but still fine for two of us. Breakfast buffet is a fairly standard hotel breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room (and a free bottle of water per day) was nice. Room nice and quiet.

I found the IBis Deira city Centre the best Ibis I have every been too. The price perfect, room and bathroom clean. The Bed - Soo comfortable and crispy clean. I am very fussy with pillow, they were perfect and a stone throw away from the Diera City Centre shopping mall accross the street. What more do you need. As a frequent travelling through Dubai I will be returning that is a promise.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that
