The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we
left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us

Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

I have been several times to dubai but this was the best trip just because of this hotel as the location is really good its just a km away from shaikh zayed road and their are markets and eating places near the hotel plus the hotel is clean staff is friendly and no noise nothing and value for money ill recommend every one for this hotel and ill for sure visit this hotel again
