Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend. Very pleasant room, nice and cosy breakfast terrace with excellent breakfast, good central location with cafes, shopping malls, etc. in fair walking distance. Almost no street noise. - Staff are very helpful, All amentities are available and the location of the hotel which is nearby all good restaurants and shopping centeres.

transported to a haven of relaxation. Tranquil, peaceful, serene -
excellent staff, beautiful rooms, interesting artwork, lovely boutique
with unique jewellery, fabrics and clothing, amazing original wind tower
architecture, delicious vegetarian food. The Creek and the Souq are on
your doorstep, as is the excellent Majlis Gallery. Just a short walk
from the nearest Metro station (Al Fahidi).

The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The golf course was superb. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! Even though work was being carried out it did not seem noticeable.

Great hotel to stay during my trip. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean and room make up everyday, free room wifi for 1 person only and newspaper provided upon request, subway and burger king is just opposite within walking distance and convenience store is just beside the hotel. I would go back to this hotel again next time i visit dubai.
