  Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, great location as our family live on the Ranches, informality, new Maison Mathis restaurant and bar to complement the existing ones - giving more choice. Ability to use the facilities at the Polo Club nearby, including a large outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! Even though work was being carried out it did not seem noticeable.
