  A lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good service. The rooms were decently spaced with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equipped with a good 2 hob cooker, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and 2 mugs and spoons for coffee. The bathroom also has a clothes line and the complementary toiletries and towels were very handy (no toothbrush/too - It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check- out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport!   everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.
