The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

it was a real burgen for the amount of money we paied . The people over there were very nice and answerd every call my kids had to make. the location of the site was near all the shopping malls and it was near all other smaller shops , so it was easy to go by foot too. -

It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. -

I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good

The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays.
Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.
Citymax Sharjah is cheaper than Dubai branch. -

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. Staff were very helpful - Mr Mohuiddin has made our stayu as comfortable as possible. Me and my family has no problems at all and i will reccommend others to follow likewise . In fact , i have already reccommended another south african family to stay here and they are here too.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and well appointed. There is a personal taxi service which is very affordable, just ask for Massoud, he is reliable and fair priced.
