This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

The rooms are just great. We were in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean towels and bed sheets on a daily basis.

I was my first visit to Dubai so not sure where to stay and on first arriving at the hotel it is sort of between the Old City and the New City. However I bought a 2 day Big Bus hop-on-hop-off Pass and the location proved to be excellent as the Banjuman Mall only 5 min walk from the hotel was a point where you could pickup both the Red Route and the Blue Route for the Big Bus. I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.

Blu is a good choice. -
Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was
excelle
