everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Breakfast a la carte was excelent. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room

Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. all good - if you are planning a visit to dxb stay here, you dont need
to pay ten times more for another hotel when this hotel is next to the
metro - literally, I walked out of the dxb airport, took the metro and
walked to the hotel - from there I took the metro to my all other
meetings including day trips to Saudi Arabia

It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.
