Very friendly frontline staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.

Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
everything was close by even from airport it costs only 13 dirhams.

The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.
