  Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

  Great hotel and very clean. There was no alcohol as this is a dry hotel. This was for me not a problem as I don't drink alcohol at all. I was even able to check out at 3pm without paying extra. This hotel suits business travellers and also couples. All major attractions are close to the Hotel. All the staff I met were excellent this must be down to good training and management in put, the attention to detail in addressing the guests requirements was very good.

  The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel.
