  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile. The Hotel itself is very centrally located, short walk or taxi ride to most things. Very clean Hotel. Good English speaking receptionists as well which was good for us. I don't think we could have got anywhere more central. Just perfect. Thankyou.

  Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly. The friendly service with a good level of English spoken was foremost. My room was a pleasure and the location very quiet yet convenient. This is a very upscale area of Arcadia with million dollar homes all around and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate just around the corner from the apartments. We booked a superior appartment and this was also very large. - Kitchen/bath/bed... are also superb - supermarket is 80 meters away and a very good japanese restaurant (Rocca) is about 1 Km away -- take a walk for 10-15 minutes.
