  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again.   The swimming pool and gym were great. I read others reviews that said I would need Speedo type swimming pants to get into the pool. However, I went swimming twice with regular swimming shorts and no questions were asked. The hotel is changing some of its policies with regards to the pool. The bathroom had a very big walk in - This the 3rd time I have stayed in Lviv, 1st time here, its the best so far for comfort, the rooms are excellent, the gym is a real gym, I did not try the pool or sauna which were all included in the price of a suite(100 eur) Its very clean, the food was good the manager will know what I mean when she reads this! I will stay there again which I guess is the best recommendation.

  Graet hotel with great service! It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. A very nice, spacious and clean room with all facilities, extremely pleasant and helpful English speaking personel. Thank you! - The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money.

  This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram.   Very quiet place, good value for money. Personell was not annoying at all. Good place to stay with limited budget, having an office within walking distance from the Hotel.
