The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar /
cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and
medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the
front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably
located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English. Our maid saw that two of us were in our room and quickly supplied a second robe and extra towels. -

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

New and stylish hotel, they also have a very pretty restaurant Matis located on the 12th floor with stunning views of Kiev. My room was well-equipped and comfortable. My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for. The staff ( all ) staff, were very welcoming polite friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the Matisse restaurant on the 15th floor provided a beautiful breakfast daily which we savored whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the city.
