There is a flat-screen TV in the bedrooms too and towels and linens are supplied. The welcome pack contains orange juice, cereal selection, biscuits and a selection of teas and coffee. Restaurants can be found a 2-minute walk away. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket and a convenience store which is open until 23:00 every day, both located just a 5 minutes' walk away. There is free parking at the property.

Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful! We only had a 1-night stay for a friend's wedding but this was an excellent location for Yarm, which looks a great location. Good value and helpful, friendly staff when we collected the keys. Hoped to make it to the res.

Absolutely brilliant,, lovely clean modern apartment with everything you need. Only stayed for the one night and wish I been able to stay longer, in fact i could live there. The staff were absolutely fantastic both at the restaurant and customer service, I would definatly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere thats home from home. Thankyou. The whole stay right from the day I booked was very organised. Apartment entry is keyless and the combinations and instructions were mailed in advanced. Apartment itself was nice and we'll equipped. Having a restaurant/pub next door was quite convenient. Check out is a breeze -- just need to leave the key on the table. Not really negatives, just comments - blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would be an improvement as the white venetian blinds let in a lot of light in the morning. A small bin in the bathroom would also be helpful. Can't fault in any way shape or form absolutely fantastic. Dishes were a bit unclean and needed washing before we could use them. Only a very few faults, hardly worth mentioning but, if resolved, apartment would be perfect. Several lights in kitchen ceiling needed replacing and bedding was a little bit torn and marked. A couple of things were broken eg the door bell and a mirror not hung but these things didn't spoil our stay. We couldn't get the extractor fan or the hob light on the oven to work. The toilet seat in apartment 1 was far too small for the toilet itself. Although extremely modern, they didn't seemed finished to the high standard portrayed....wobbly toilets, exposed wires in the entrance to apartment 5 and the tiling in the bathrooms appeared to be covered in a cement dust!. No soap or milk, coffee and oj in apartment as advertised. A bit disappointing after having to pick up the key at a different location and looking forward to relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. We had to go out again and pick up these things at the local supermarket. The advertised WiFi did not work. The owner did not respond to our inquiry about the lack of these items. Bed was a bit soft. The noise that the hollow floors make. I knew of every step the guests upstairs made. Nothing. We booked on the understanding WIFI facilities were available. During our 2 night stay we were unable to access this resource. The contact telephone number was wrong and the manager at the restaurant where we collected the key from was unable to help. Foisty smell throughout the apartment. Not enough wardrobe and drawer space. Only one coathanger. No kitchen utensils or tea towels, oven gloves etc. No bottle opener/corkscrew. No guest information folder or guest comments book. No milk provided on arrival. No spare loo roll! 'Welcome pack' a bit lacking. There was no welcome breakfast pack. No complimentary toiletries. No cups or mugs. Couldn't have a cup of tea or coffee. No Cups for a coffee Not been informed of what time to leave and then the cleaners turning up. Toilet seat was not fixed to the bowl, no mirror apart from over the bathroom sink, so not possible to dry hair in front of a morrow as ladies do! Presentation of tea/coffee appalling, all thrown together on foil oven tray! Uncomfortable bed, flat pillows. Would not call this luxury, more budget. I was told we would be compensated for the lack of a toilet seat but this was not followed through. Very disappointing!.
