Friendly and accommodating owner.
Good location, especially for taking the dog out to the park.
Simple to book, reasonable price and had everything we needed for an easy trip.
Staff were lovely and the room was well kept. Free WiFi, guides on the local town were provided with recommended restaurants and the easiest ways into town.

we can honestly say the room was clean.
Room is right by the front door so you can hear when people enter and leave but it wasn't too much of an issue. We were normally awake anyway.

the floor was a nightmare it kept creeking and we felt like we was disturbing everyone, we had to ask for clean towels, the staff didnt introduce themselves to us, and when your running a buissness thats the first thing you do is to make your guest feel welcome and no we wont be staying there again.
