The hospitality was excellent and the local knowledge invaluable. We had a great meal at a local pub recommended by Rob. The Woodlands Guest house was in a great location for exploring and Rob and Amanda let us know which areas to visit.
We all loved our two night stay at the Woodlands Guest House It had a lovely friendly atmosphere and the owner Amanda made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection. Looking forward to staying at the Woodlands again.
The place is just outside Stow on Wold in the countryside. Amanda gave a great restaurant suggestion and was good in helping us with our itinerary.
The room was cozy and had a great view of the fields.
The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of choice great. The whole experience was absolutely SPOT ON!.
Thanks for the apples Amanda. Trees everywhere. Cotswolds buildings are unique. Multi coloured Vines dress the front of this picturebook place. Beaut Breakfast and Chat with a nice cuppa.

Situation, owner, breakfast.
The bed was so comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely however my partner asked for bacon with his poached egg on toast did not get it.
Over all our stay was pleasent.
I liked the fact the b&b was homely and clean. We were offered a cup of tea when we arrived about 9pm. That was friendly. Nice breakfast as well.

coming home.
Nothing.
Nothing, loved everything.
Water pressure in the shower was rather low.
No adverse comments.
No grab rails around the bath.
Also leaving to come home ! !.
Just a bit too far to walk to the nearest pub :-), but that didn't detract at all from our stay.
there was nothing to dislike.
Liked everything.

nothing!.
Dinning Room to small would have liked to sit on our own.
Car parking space was crapped.
The shower in our room was too slow -no water pressure and yet the cold water came out of the basin tap too strongly.
Our room had trailing adaptors, plenty of dust and grime. The loo was
dirty and there were no shelves to put toiletries. The breakfast was
uninspired with cheap watery eggs.It certainly wasn't worth £85 a
night. We could have stayed in far better places locally for the money.
Told on arrival by the proprietor that she had left a message on my mobile (not received) telling she had cancelled my booking, but it was ok to stay as I had arrived!
No heating on in room but was turned on once we complained.
Not given a choice for breakfast.
